Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 12PM (noon) EST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 12PM (noon) EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the Continental United States.

Order Cancellation

Once you have clicked the “Place Order” button, your order cannot be modified again online. If you believe there is an error in your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-228-0285 or email us at customerservice@ayresbeauty.com.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Some reasons for this include, but are not limited to:

  • Item(s) unavailable
  • Complications in processing payment information
  • Duplicate order
  • Unable to ship to the address provided
  • Customer request

Should your order be cancelled, you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for any cancelled order.

Shipping & Handling

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Second day and Overnight: Orders must be placed by 12PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (excluding holidays). Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

Please note that AYRES cannot ship perfumes to APO/FPO addresses as we can only ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service. We thank you for your understanding. We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

Payment Methods

AYRES accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Customers can also use Paypal service.
For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

  • AYRES cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.
  • All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
Sales Tax

AYRES, Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida.

Backorders & Out Of Stock

If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

AYRES would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unopened item purchased from ayresbeauty.com within 30 days. No refunds will be honored for unopened products after the 30 day period. Used products cannot be accepted for return after 14 days. If you would like to refund a purchase, please notify customer service at 1-866-228-0285 or by email at customerservice@ayresbeauty.com and we will issue you a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please have your order number on hand. Pack the product carefully and send it back to us. To ensure that your return reaches us safely please have the package insured. Upon receipt, we will credit your account for the invoiced price, excluding shipping charges. AYRES’ products not purchased from ayresbeauty.com cannot be accepted for returns.
